Starter culture, cultured in the fishroom. They eat small slices of apples in their vinegar water.

Materials:
Container- Wine bottle, vase, beer bottle, or something with a narrow neck
Polyfil
Apple cider vinegar

Starter Culture
Take your container and fill halfway with apple cider vinegar
Fill up to the bottom of the neck of the container with dechlorinated water
Add an apple slice, and starter culture (You can use brown sugar just replace when gone)
Add polyfil at the bottom of the neck of the container
Put dechlorinated water on top of the polyfil, filing the container all the way
The vinegar eels reproduce down low and swim through the polyfil to reach air, take a pipette and harvest some from the top of the container, top off evaporation with dechlorinated water.
After 6 months you have to reculture your culture, do the same as setting up your culture, but instead of buying a starter culture, take a few turkey baster full of your old culture
