Policy:
100% live arrival guarantee when shipped Express. We ship all orders on Monday. We don’t ship if the daytime high is below 40 degrees for the safety of the fish.
Refund Policy: in order to obtain a refund for Dead On Arrivals (DOA) a picture of the DOA must be taken on same day of delivery and still in the Bag.
