Overview:

Although immature fish are somewhat drab, these fish develop a bright dorsal stripe across their body as they mature. This "neon" stripe is reminiscent of the glow developed by Miyuki Ricefish and is quite eye-catching. This is a highly adaptable species that can adjust to a wide range of water parameters.
