The Fish Room is a hobbyist owned local freshwater fish store located in Liberty, KY. We focus on cichlids, community fish, shrimp and planted aquariums.
Policy:
We ship on Mondays and some Tuesdays and Wendsays depending on demand. We Ship 1 week after the fish has been quarantined. Live arrival guaranteed! In case of DOA, send me two photos of fish in unopened bag within two hours of first attempt received shipment. Credit or refund will be given per dead fish. If there is a total loss, a refund of the cost of the purchase price will be issued. Sorry, shipping charges are not refundable, and customer is liable for any re-shipping costs for a replacement. Shipped within the continental 48 US states only; excludes Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

- Comment: fast shipping great prices healthy looking fish, although heat pack was dead on arrival and water was cold the jewel Cichlids pulled though but the add-on swords and Mollys are still having problems cuz of the cold the heat pack issue is not sellers fault i still recommend seller

- Comment: Not bad fish looked health. I did loose one ram a few days later but not sure what happened. All others are doing well panda gara's have. Been growing really fast. Im hoping to get more Rams as soon as they have more available.

- Comment: Fish were packaged well, and nothing died on the three day transit time which is the most important thing. However their policy of shipping extras (in case of DOA) is questionable when they are shipping SOLITARY SPECIES like the single medium black ghost knife I ordered. Instead of that I got two 3" fish. Is three inches in length considered a medium bgk? I also got an additional jewel cichlid, (2 instead of the one I ordered.) Less of an issue but with how aggressive jewel cichlids are I'll likely have aggression problems to look forward to down the road, especially if they pair up. My advice to this seller, change your policy of shipping extras to include schooling fish ONLY. And to potential buyers, be very clear of what you want.

Everyone arrived alive *phew. ordered a separate school of longfin danios, diamond tetras and glowlight tetras as well as three pineapple swordtail which didn’t make the trip. Keith messaged saying they didn’t look too good the day of so they stayed behind in the fish room! :D They Refunded the cost for those to my account. Shipping was as smooth as possible- fish were packed well and he sent extras of everyone! Even an accidental Buenos Aires tetra which I have now fallen in love with.
