We are hobbyist first and foremost all our fish and plants are bred/ grown in hard water. We are passionate about our fish and plants. We also periodically may have aquatic art list from time to time that is done in our home. Thank you for looking and taking the time to check out our store.

Policy:

It is OUR responsibility to pack all livestock, plants and art work so all arrive safe and sound. We will send only healthy fish and plants. Artwork will be what you see is what you get.

It is YOUR responsibility to do research and know what requirements all livestock purchased need, and have the appropriate stable aquarium environment necessary to ensure well being of all livestock purchased.

SHIPPING: all livestock will be shipped USPS priority mail in 4mil bags that are doubled bagged. Artwork will be appropriately boxed and shipped per item. Live Fish ship out on Mondays after being fasted

DOA POLICY: WE GUARUNTEE LIVE ARRIVAL OF ALL LIVESTOCK, WILL ARRIVE ALIVE AND WELL IF DELIVERED ON TIME ACCORDING TO USPS DELIVERY INFO. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES. In the event of a DOA shipment send 2 pictures of the fish in unopened bag within ONE HOUR of first delivery attempt. We will refund cost of fish minus shipping, or resend at our cost.
