Otter Creek Aquatics is a hobbyist. Most of the products I have for sale are tank bred. My Fish Room is located in Southern Indiana. The fish I have bred have been bred in harder water so they will do well adapting to any style parameters. If you would like to see more pictures, or have any other questions please send me an email or go to the Otter Creek Aquatics YouTube channel and leave me a comment on one of the videos! I love all you Fish Fam and will always do what is right for the ones who order from me.

I ship on Mondays and Tuesdays! If you want to make the weekly shipment I must receive your order by 12:00am the Saturday before.

Policy:

PLEASE READ ALL POLICIES BEFORE ORDERING FROM MY STORE!!!!

I will always do my best to do what is right for the consumer! Once I receive your order I will send you a confirmation email to the one provided about shipping details, so please provide an email that you have regular access to. If you dont reply to the initial email I have the right to hold the order until I have verbal confirmation you are available to recieve the shipment. Once the package has been shipped I will update the shipping info on here, and send a tracking number through email!

If you have any dead on arrival I must receive a picture within 2 hours of delivery and pictures must be sent of the fish in the original bags to request any type of refund or resend!

I ship on Mondays and Tuesdays with possible late shipments on Wednesdays. If you want to make the weekly shipment I must receive your order by 11:59pm the Friday night before.

  • Comment: Excellent communication from Kendall Otter, fast shipping, the packaging of my plants was superior and extremely professional. Insulated thermobox, active heat pack, sturdy specimen bags, carrier tracking provided. The aquarium plants I purchased seem to be of the highest quality of Guppy Grass, Dwarf Sag. Firm vibrant blades, strong Spring Green color, incredible roots-strong, white, plentiful. These plants came from a very professional aquatic nursery . Look like the ones in the “how to” aquarium books.

The fish I ordered came packed individually and all fish were active and appeared very healthy. I would recommend purchasing from this seller highly! I wanted to mention I changed my shipping method and this was done straight away. Good communications make me feel comfortable when buying from a seller I haven't bought from before

  • Comment: I ordered two pairs of livebearers, one blue panda guppy and one yellow tiger endler. Fish arrived on time, each in their own individual labelled bag with a little guppy grass (which probably helped keep their stress down). The blue panda male I got was gorgeous as I expected, but the yellow tiger endler males impressed me a lot considering the endlers were more of a tac on to the pandas for me. Of course every fish will be different, but the ones I got were much prettier than the ones in the example image.

The fish were packed perfectly in a nice Styrofoam box with a heat pack (it's winter here). The female endlers that I ordered were all alive and healthy. Also , there were a few extras.

Kendall did an amazing job on the packaging, I can tell he took his time from the personalized note on the packing list to the cute fish drawings on the outside of the box.
