Policy:
Buyer assumes shipping costs, which should be under $20 as I ship USP 2/3 day. I have a 1 hour DOA guarantee, which if there are any DOA, I need a clear picture of the fish in the unopened bag within 1 hour of the 1st attempted delivery. In which case I will refund the price of the actual fish or replace the fish as buyer assumes all shipping costs. I will not refund shipping. Anything after the 1 hour mark will be void. I only will ship to the USA only, so please if you live outside of these areas please do not bid. Any questions please don't hesitate to ask.
