Policy:

Fish will ship for a flat fee of $20 priority mail (USPS) for medium box size, or $45 USPS express medium box size.

usually on Monday or Tuesday after receipt of payment.

Payment is Stripe, due within 24 hours of purchase.

No live guarantee unless buyer wants to use express mail.

I will send extra fish to cover possible losses.

Fish will fast for 24 hours prior to mailing.

I ship in breather bags so don't float bags, open and drip acclimate in specimen container.

  • Comment: I approached Dtm1256 with a custom order request and got a response back right away. Fish went out exactly when they were supposed too. The shipment was lost by the Post Office for a little bit and arrived late during a serious cold snap. The fish wouldn’t have made it without the professional packaging. Fish were in individual breather bags in a manufactured styrofoam cooler inside the box. Since the package was late and it was very cold out, Dtm let me know when it arrived my local airport and I got them home safe.

  • Comment: Fish came in alive. Fins were a bit beat up on some, most likely due to shipping. Sent extras also. Only problem was that I ordered 3 pairs and only received 2 females, but I was offered to have some sent to me at the cost of shipping only.
