At "Battle Born Aquatics" offer quality aquarium fish that have been breed and raised in my fish room. These fish have never been shipped until they make their journey to you!! I also have natural aquarium products available (cholla wood, alder cones, Indian almond leaves, flake food, spider wood, etc... I am new to Get Gills and will provide the utmost customer service, the reason why I love the aquarium hobby and want others to enjoy it as much as I do! Shipping

“Live Fish” shipping is done with UPS and prices below are for UPS shipping only, if you request or require alternate shipping method email me with your request. If you request an alternate method actual shipping charges will apply.

Flat Rate Shipping on all live fish, except 18+ fish orders

1-6 fish - $35.00 flat rate

7-12 fish- $55.00 flat rate

12-18 fish- $65.00 flat rate

Shipping will be processed as soon as possible for weekday deliveries.

We will send you a tracking number as soon as we create shipment.

Shipping Schedule:

All fish will be shipped on Monday’s, if another shipping day is needed email me at battlebornaquatics@gmail.com prior to purchase to arrange alternate shipping day. If a holiday falls on Monday all orders will be shipped Tuesday.

Orders will be sent to the shipping address provided at checkout. Please ensure this address is accurate at checkout. If for some reason you input the incorrect address please email me prior to the Saturday before shipping. If you do not contact me prior to Saturday you order will be shipped to address from checkout.

Payment for order’s purchased one week are due the Friday prior to the Monday shipping date to allow time to prepare fish for shipment.

Dry goods

Will be shipped as quickly as possible after order is received.

LIVE ON ARRIVAL GUARANTEE

Losing fish or any living organism is never good, however, it is a part of the risk involved when shipping any live fish. In the rare case of a Dead-on Arrival (DOA): We guarantee live on arrival for all overnight and 2-day delivery. We reserve the right to hold shipment if predicted temperature is below 40 degrees or other weather event if predicted.

1. If you won't be home or able to pick up your fish within 2 hours of delivery, it is NOT the responsibility of Battle Born Aquatics to replace or refund DOA.

2. Take clear close up photo showing the entire unopened bag and the DOA fish with bag upright, within 4 hours of shipment arrival, if photo is not received within the 4-hour time limit no guarantee will be applied.

3. Once opened, if you have dead animals, please remove them and take a photo of the dead animals next to the postage label attached to your package.

4. Email photo to battlebornaquatics@gmail.com with brief summary of conditions.

5. If all processes have been followed, we will refund the value of the fish if requested, unless you prefer a store credit for future purchases.

RETURN POLICY

Returns will not be accepted for any live fish orders; dry goods orders must be returned withing 30 days of receiving shipment. Opened package voids all returns. If you need to return an item email chadholbert@battlebornaquatics.com, and I will gladly assist you.

I'm NOT responsible for your lack of knowledge / research on species. RESEARCH! I will answer any questions you may have prior to purchase, but I can't guarantee how a fish will act in your aquarium. Or how your fish will act with them. Please research prior to ordering!!, I'm here to help. Thanks!!
