Shipping

We ship on Mondays and Fridays.

• Items bought Sunday through Tuesday will be shipped Friday.

• Items bought Wednesday through Saturday will be shipped Monday.

Live Arrival Guarantee:

In case of any dead-on-arrival (DOA) we will either replace the item or refund the money.

Fish: a picture of the dead fish in the unopened bag must be sent within 2 hours of first delivery attempt.

Snails: must be allowed to be in the tank or holding container for at least 24 hours. Snails can be still for long periods of time and it is easy to think they are dead when they are not. After the 24 hours waiting period contact us with your inquiry.

Live arrival guarantee does not cover shipping costs. Shipping costs will be deducted from refunds based on DOA policy.

Returns:

Due to the nature of the items, no returns are accepted.
