• Comment: Darren was very fast to respond to e-mails regarding orders. When I noticed my order had gotten stuck in MI for 3 days I contacted him to ask how long his packing methods typically kept fish alive and he explained that depending weather, about a week should be fine. On day 6, my fish arrived and to my amazement all 25 fish survived. None seemed ill or nutrient deprived which I've had happen with previous orders from other vendors. The fact that all the fish arrived alive and well is a true testament to the care Darren takes while packing his fish for transport. Will definitely be ordering more fish through him once these ones have acclimated.

• Comment: USPS took 8 days to get the rainbows to me, but they were packed so well that all made it. They have been in the QT for 3 days now and still look good. Starting to see some color on a few of them too. Nice looking fish, very happy with my purchase! The video is from the day they arrived, right after they went into the QT.

• Comment: Took a while to get these but I think that might have been my fault for selecting the cheapest shipping method I received them 7 days after ordering i was certain there was going to be DOA'S but once I unboxed them they were all still alive and well I ordered 6 and counted 7 in the bag which I was excited to see but unfortunately one has passed but the others are doing great and I'm just soo glad they all survived these guys definitely know what they're doing when it comes to shipping live fish.

• Comment: All fish arrived DOA due to postal delays, voiding the live arrival guarantee... which I was both made aware was a possibility and chose to assume the risk of. After pointing out a discrepancy in shipping fees (from advertised to received), it took a lengthy argument to have the difference credited to a subsequent order. The seller did finally offer to replace some of the fish if I placed another order and oversized the shipping box. The difference in shipping was, in fact credited on the subsequent order.
