GUARANTEED LIVE ARRIVAL/DOA POLICY

All fish, invertebrates, and plants are guaranteed to arrive alive. DOA (Dead On Arrival) deliveries will be refunded or replaced. To be covered under this policy, you must take a picture of the dead specimen still in the original packaging within 1 hour of delivery. Cost of each DOA specimen will be refunded. Replacements can also be shipped if available, but the customer must pay shipping for replacements. Shipping costs can not be refunded. We reserve the right to delay or refund orders to areas where the weather or shipping services can be detrimental to the health of the livestock.
