WARRANTY:
I have a money back live arrival warranty. The only thing I require is within an hour of delivery, send a picture of the dead fish in an unopened bag to my email, capefoley@gmail.com, with an explanation of what happened.
SHIPPING:
Shipping in the continental USA is via UPS. I include an insulated box, heat pack, or cold pack if needed. Fish will be either shipped in breather bags or doubled 4 mil bags with oxygen.
Shipping will be suspended any time the temperature is above 90 or below 40 degrees Fahrenheit both at my end and the destination of the shipment.
