All shipments will ship out every Monday of the week. If you would like your shipment to be sent on a later date please contact me. So I can ensure the best healthy outcome of your package please inform me if your temperatures in your area are below 35degrees.. If anything arrives dead please take a picture of the unopened bag within 2 hours of delivery. I will replace your shipment of the dead shrimp, plants,snails if it exceeds the free DOA's I added to cover DOA's. You must pay for shipping again. I add a plus 2 free shrimp to cover any possible DOA for my Neo shrimp. A plus 1 free shrimp is added to cover any possible DOA's for my caridnia shrimp. For mystery snails a extra 1 snail will be added in orders to cover possible DOA,s.
