A wonderful live food and the BEST algae eater in the world. Keep them just like fish in an established aquarium with a sponge filter. I feed mine veggie scraps from the kitchen, algae wafers, old flake food, old shrimp pellets, etc. They are basically garbage disposals. Whenever I have a plant that gets overgrown with algae, I put it in the scud tank and they clean it up in short order.

This is for a starter culture of scuds. I won't count them, I'll just put a good start in a bag and send them to you.
