Gold Fire Guppy trio

The history of this strain is as follows:

I crossed a male red endler with a female solid gold guppy.  None of the babies looked like either of the parents.  None were gold and none showed any red.   However I crossed several of these with each other and approximately one in 4 of the babies had a gold body but none showed any red, even after they grew up.  However, offspring from those gold babies have the vivid red color and it is from these that I developed the Gold fire strain.  The males are mostly gold but with a lot of bright red streaking through and many of the females are the same.   A beautiful strain and breed mostly true.  Some of trhe females remain gold and never show the red but their babies do.
